Research On Main Equipment Condition Monitoring Technology And Its Application In Substation

Nate high-voltage power grid in recent years,countries and rapid development,xinjiang region has the highest voltage level,the largest number of uhv power grid,is in the important time of traditional power grid to the smart grid is excessive.Lose,transformer,power distribution equipment increases year by year,operation maintenance workload spurt.With the new operation of substation and transformer substation integrated automation renovation work continues,part of the problem began to emerge.By tracking the statistics in recent years,part of the equipment during the service there is no way to meet the requirements of the operation,has been in a high failure rate,detection and maintenance methods are limited,the existing technical staff levels of knowledge and experience can not solve the problem of the scene quickly,lags behind the actual training work,the above factors which restrict the development of the repair work.So,within the substation equipment fault type,detection method and maintenance method,treatment scheme,etc.,to improve the equipment fault detection rate,shorten maintenance time,reduce the incidence of unscheduled blackout has positive significance.In this paper,the common faults of within the substation main equipment types and solutions as the research object.Through the data statistics and theory research to explore equipment defects and causes trouble,find commonalities,to take effective and practical detection method for testing,as the qualitative judgment;Then further survey,timely summary results,preparation of technical specifications.Typical case based on the production line,the methods of charged partial discharge detection,oil and gas analysis and method,the defects and the reasons for the accident repair methods and means,combination of substation operation and maintenance,professional knowledge,the defects and the cause of the accident are summarized,form the training materials.Through the study of the subject,the realization of the use of condition monitoring and charged detection technology,judge the substation in the common faults of the main equipment types,maintenance plan,objective evaluation of condition monitoring and electric power companies in xinjiang detection technology advantages and gap,revision of professional personnel training scheme,play the "learning in doing,learning by doing" virtuous circle.
