| In the 21 st century,Chinese construction enterprises participate in the international market competition in continuous succession,and the development of EPC model in China becomes a project management system reform trend.Under the new situation,the extensive management mode of the construction industry cannot guarantee the profitability of the project.Many EPC project enterprises have carried out meticulous management,controlling the project cost;improving the management level and increasing the enterprise efficiency become their urgency.The improvement and popularization of electronic technology and computer technology make information a strategic resource to determine economic growth.The drawbacks of backward in information technology in construction industry began to show.The organic combination of information technology and traditional industries became an important force to promote the development of enterprises.Propelling the construction of project management information platform has become an objective requirement for the development of large engineering consulting companies.The study takes a provincial electric power design and research institute M(hereinafter refers to “Company M”)with its demands of EPC project management information platform during the company strategy transition as objects.,researches the platform’s development and construction methods,and assesses its results.In the first place,the study researches and analysis current research situation in China and abroad,summarizes Company M’s management status,and analysis Company M’s demands,and then comes to necessity and feasibility conclusion of the project study.Secondly,the study makes system demand analysis of Company M.The system demands analysis including cooperation level demands,project level demands,system demands,software interface demands,operation safety demands etc.According to the system demand analysis results of Company M,the study does system design.The system design includes overall structure of the project design,system deployment design,basic data planning,information platform planning etc.And then the study defines content and objectives of the project construction,and does the system development according to the construction content and objects.After that it carries out detailed descriptions of the function modules after the system development and the functions that can be realized by each function module.Thirdly,the study sets up a system implementation effect evaluation module.It develops an evaluation standard that suitable for EPC projects,which using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight value of the index,and the expert scoring method is used to comprehensive evaluate the projects.Finally,the project evaluation index system was established with an example of Yuxian 50 MW Photovoltaic EPC project of Company M,and the post-evaluation results of the example project were obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process and the improved success degree method.At last,the study makes detailed conclusion form macro aspects and micro aspects of the evaluation results. |
