As an important strategic resource for the development of China's national economy,electric power plays an important role in the sustainable development of China's economy.Since 21 century,with the rapid development of China's national economy,the power industry continues to progress.With the deepening of the reform of the power industry,the economic development way of the power industry will save a country's immeasurable resources.Therefore,the research of energy saving and loss reduction is a new direction in the future.As a result of the distribution transformer and the line impedance function,the electrical energy will produce certain power loss in each electrical appliance component in the transportation process.Due to old transformer equipment,aging transmission line,backward operation and management ability and reactive power shortage of 10 kV and 0.4kV power distribution power networkin many areas of our country,the electric power network in the region makes large loss.Compared with developed countries such as European countries and America,the problems of 10 kV distribution network in our country are quite serious.Therefore,to establish China's energy saving and environment-friendly society in the future,as the leader of energy,we must do a good job of energy saving and emission reduction.This article from three aspects for the study of 10 kV line in Bazhou area of Hebei Province.due to many problems,such as the large load transformer,obsolete equipment,aging line,small line diameter and lack of reactive power in the region,this region has an urgent demand to energy saving and loss reduction.On the one hand,in view of the problems of aging transformer in some rural areas and cities,this paper makes a deep research.As an important electrical equipment in power system,the proportion of distribution transformer in our country is large,and the loss value is quite high.Distribution transformer is an important target of energy saving and emission reduction.The economic analysis of the transformer is accomplished by selecting the type and capacity of the transformer.In this paper,the method of technical and economic evaluation,the Total Owning Cost(TOC),is used to establish the index of economic analysis.On the one hand,in view of the problems of the aging and the line diameter of the 10 k V distribution network in the countryside or some cities,a more accurate equivalent resistance method is proposed based on the traditional equivalent resistance method.On the other hand,due to the lack of reactive power and reactive power compensation devices in 10 kV distribution network in rural areas or some cities,the loss of distribution network is large,and the economic loss is enormous.Reactive power compensation is an effective method to reduce energy loss and improve voltage quality.This paper combined Newton's method and Matpower's power flow calculation,established reactive power compensation points based on sensitivity analysis.Based on the research of the firefly algorithm theory,a reactive power optimization scheme is proposed.Finally,a 10 kV distribution network in Bazhou area as the research object.This paper analysis the transformer economical efficiency based on TOC method.The optimal type of transformer which have adaptive capacity and operation mode can be replaced.In this paper,the economic analysis is carried out for the power loss of the line based on the modified equivalent resistance method.At last,the objective function of minimum power loss is established,and the power flow is calculated by Newton method.This paper carried out the sensitivity analysis and selected the optimal compensation point.The algorithm is used to determine the reactive power capacity.The results show that the gird loss is reduced and the voltage of the distribution network is improved.
