Residential construction is the people's livelihood projects, is the human survival must. Residential project quality matters to thousands of households. The overall level of residential project quality in China with the progress of science and technology has been greatly improved, the quality of residential projects, related to the national economy's sustained and healthy development, to strengthen the residential project quality management, overcome the housing quality problems is particularly important. Project quality assessment is an important part of project quality management. China has not formed system of quality evaluation system engineering, so the establishment of system, the scientific evaluation system of comprehensive is the key to improve the quality of residential projects.Based on the analysis of factors of the quality of residential project in construction process of influence, combined with the quality evaluation theory, according to the characteristics of residential project proposes a fuzzy method for quality residential projects in the process of evaluation of the AHP, and uses this method to evaluate the quality of residential engineering model.Finally, the ocean yi fang residential project instance, the quality evaluation of several aspects in the construction of foundation engineering, structural engineering, decoration engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. And proved that the established evaluation index system has practicability,accuracy,maneuverability.The quality evaluation result shows deficiencies in the management, as the focus of future improvement.
