Distribution communication network is the backbone structure to support the safe and stable operation of distribution network.A large number of downlink data including scheduling,control,management data and acquisition data from uplink needed to be transmitted through distribution communication network.The ability of processing heavy load and high concurrency determines the operation state of business and the overall performance of distribution network.Analyse the characteristics of business data and communication needs according to the characteristics of typical business in distribution network such as distribution automation,access of distributed energy,microgrid system and demand side management can deeply understand the connection between business and communication network.So,it will be significant to improve the communication capacity of distribution communication network in view of optimizing network scheduling and allocating bandwidth reasonably based on analysis of typical business characteristics.This paper studies the key communication technologies firstly.Then considers the network bandwidth scheduling optimization as the major research content to improve communication capacity of distribution communication network based on the full understanding of network scheduling mechanism and the major network scheduling algorithm in industrial control system.After studied network scheduling algorithm based on the concept of "window",an improved dynamically time window sharing scheduling algorithm is proposed for distribution communication network.According to the differences between data types,this algorithm allocates time window,gives the corresponding constraint conditions and reduces time delay of the data transmitted in network effectively.The feasibility of algorithm is verified through simulation experiment.The proposed improved dynamically time window sharing scheduling algorithm optimizes the communication ability of distribution communication network effectively.This algorithm has a certain reference significance about studying transmitted data characteristics and business bandwidth allocation in distribution comnication network.
