This paper on the computer technology and communication technology rapid development and deep into the background,from all walks of life mainly analyzed the information management system based on Web principle and implementation method of research and development and design the substation running management system.This paper first discusses the substation running management information system design technical background,the technology development status at home and abroad and the significance of this study,then study the substation running management three aspects of the demand of the four different personnel,when designing the system set up corresponding function according to different demand,analyzes the main software function requirement of the system,describes the standard and principle of information system design for substation operation management work towards the direction of standardization,refinement and specialization,compared the advantages and disadvantages of four kinds of application system structure is given the substation running management information system solutions,the distributed system structure based on the Web as a management information system structure;Then the substation running management information system based on Web design,including the system of basic management process,system hardware structure and software structure of the system,and the designed system has carried on the subsystem,and the design and function of each subsystem are introduced,and conceptual model of the system database design and physical structure design,presents a part of the system operation management and physical data of working ticket module;Finally expounds the substation running management information system of the physical structure and logical structure,and introduces in detail the design of substation operation management information system of the seven major subsystem of the structure and main function.In this paper,the design of the substation running management system based on WEB,has reached the requirement of the lean and standardization,and promote the frontline team and management personnel at the grass-roots level of communication,improve the level of the informatization of management system,to ensure the high efficiency.
