The Design Of The Lean Management Plan For The Operation Of The 500 KV Substation Of Inner Mongolia Electric Power

Substation is an important node in the power system.It playing the role of changing voltage level,collecting and distributing electric energy etc.However,it is the substation operation in the substation position,and its management level is directly related to the overall operational health of the grid.With the continuous advancement of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,in today's economic globalization and increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,it is an effective way for substations and even the whole power grid to improve their management level to truly implement the lean management of substation operation into the daily management of grassroots substations.With the support of emerging technologies such as Internet +,big data and cloud computing,all kinds of research on operation and management of substations at home and abroad mainly focus on the construction and maintenance of intelligent substations,and there is not enough attention on the innovation and optimization of the inherent empirical management of most substations.Most of the lean management ideas of electric power enterprises still remain in the system norms and corporate goals promulgated by enterprises,and have not played a significant role in the operation and management of grassroots substations.At the same time,the relevant management regulations issued by Inner Mongolia Power Group Co.,Ltd.are the fundamental basis for the unified management of substations,and the limitations of innovation within the system are large,which also limits the effective implementation of lean operation management lean to some extent.“Improving efficiency and reducing waste” is the core feature of lean management theory,and “simplified and effective” is realized in the management,which is highly consistent with the purpose of substation operation management.In the operation management of substation,the small leakage or mistakes of the operating personnel may cause incalculable losses to the equipment of substation,the regional power grid and even the regional economy.Therefore,how to make the station more standardized,the daily work more efficient,and the grid operation more reliable by optimizing the lean management ideas in the daily management of the basic substation,which is the main research issue studied in this paper.At the same time,the people-oriented thinking is also the focus of lean management.Under the influence of this idea,not only can the enthusiasm of the operators and the sense of belonging to the company be stimulated,but also the daily work process of the substation can be effectively simplified and establish into an executable,observable and controllable supervision and evaluation system.Due to the existence of human factors,the implementation of substation operation inevitably has deviation,and it is difficult to ensure effective execution simply by virtue of rigid norms and supervision.Therefore,from the perspective of humanization,establishing a reasonable supervision and evaluation system is an effective way to ensure the considerable and controllable work in the substation.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the application of lean thinking in operation management of substation.Based on study of the development,connotation,basic content and core method of lean management thought,through on-the-spot analysis of the new 500 kV GaoXin substation equipment inspections,switching brake operation,construction of team work,etc.on the basis of the find ind out the management problems,the optimization scheme of lean management are designed.Based on the operation and management status of operation management of 500 kV high-tech substation,the thought method of lean management is applied to the daily work of the station,and the related operation management and process is leanly constructed,and the supervision and evaluation system of the employees in the station was optimized.Under the premise of ensuring the quality of work,the station's work efficiency is further improved.The working intensity of the operators has been reasonably reduced,which actually reflects the effectiveness and practicability of lean management in the substation operation.
