In this article,through the smoke of the reconstruction project of a thermal power plant engineering background,the equipment status quo,scheme design,performance test,the transformation effect,etc are analyzed and the research,this paper introduces the traditional coal-fired power plant after technical transformation of the dust collector,reduce carbon concentration,meet the latest emissions limits requirements engineering method.Through the analysis of flue gas dust removal before and after the renovation project of the indicators and performance analysis of coal-fired boiler,this paper expounds the smoke emissions from coal-fired power plants of the government project implementation details.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various dust removal project coal-burning power plants,in combination with the practical situation of a thermal power plant dust transformation and demand analysis,to determine the optimal scheme is increasing Low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator and wet electric dust collector.Considering the equipment performance,construction process before and after the transformation of the space condition,the performance parameters of the device context factors,such as specific retrofit scheme is: in the middle of the air preheater exports to electrical precipitator flue add low-low temperature economizer and between straight to chimney flue desulphurization tower of wet electric dust collector.Introduced the low temperature economizer and wet electric performance parameters,structure,before and after the contrast analysis of the investment of equipment after the operation,according to the equipment performance test report and smoke detection analysis evaluation after transforming the comprehensive performance of the filter,comparison and analysis the situation of the pollutants discharge before and after the equipment reform and calculated the material loss during running condition,economic benefits and environmental benefits of this project.This study shows that after low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator and wet electric dust collector,dust removal efficiencies of over 99.9%,carbon concentration is lower than 10 mg/Nm after,made the soot emissions coal-fired units meet the latest emissions limit.This transformation coal-fired units for other power plants filter dust collector renovation provides reference.
