Research On Logistics Planning Of Xi’an Railway Administration

Railway transportation is the main artery of national economic development,Because of the nationwide railway network,business network and the enormous advantage of information networks,as well as high-volume,long-distance cargo to provide low-cost,safe transport services,no matter at present or in the future for a long period of time,China’s transportation network is the backbone and the mainstay.In recent years,with the competition of other modes of transport and the backward of railway freight transportation,the railway freight volume and the market share in the large transport has a significant downward trend.In order to conform to the social and economic development,it is an inevitable trend that the railway traditional freight transportation should be integrated into the modern logistics concept,establish and perfect the railway logistics infrastructure,and accelerate the transformation and development of railway freight transportation to modern logistics.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation and development background of railway logistics industray,and discusses the necessity of strengthening the planning,researching the logistics facilities in Xi’an Railway Administration and constructioning the railway logistics base system with reasonable layout and complete functions.Then proceed from the development and research status of logistics center and railway logistics base at home and abroad.On the basis of defining the function,type and layout principle of railway logistics base,the planning and construction of Xi’an Railway Bureau logistics base is studied:1.Through the analysis of the Xi’an Bureau of freight,freight facilities,equipment status and logistics capabilities,to identify the current logistics facilities in Xi’an,the existing problems and the reason why ability can not adapt to the main logistics channel.2.In accordance with the railway reform and logistics development of freight facilities requirements,through the analysis of the characteristics of Xi’an Railway Bureau,the social and economic characteristics,industrial distribution planning,transportation characteristics and other factors affecting the logistics demand of Xi’an railway logistics base.3.based on the demand of logistics,the planning layout of railway logistics base in Xi’an railway administration is proposed.4.Finally,the paper puts forward the function layout and scale determination method of railway logistics base,and takes Baoji Yangping Railway Logistics Base as an exampBased on the study of logistics base layout of Xi’an Railway Bureau,this paper expounds the basic theory of railway logistics base and planning study,clarifies the main principles,contents and steps of railway logistics base planning.Finally,taking Baoji Yangping Railway Logistics Base as an example,the function layout and scale determination method of logistics base are proposed with a view to the railway logistics base for the planning and construction of practical work to help.
