| With the popularization of Internet of things technology,smart meters are gradually welcomed by people.Compared with traditional meters,smart meters have better performance in security and convenience,so it is called the mainstream meter system on the market.Traditional electric meters need electricians to read meters from door to door,not only in the process of anti-lock,but also easy to make mistakes in the process of recording,while intelligent meters avoid this problem.In the intelligent meter,the corresponding power statistics module and remote communication module are generally designed,so the power supply company can monitor the power consumption of users remotely on its own server,which greatly simplifies the process of anti-lock meter reading.However,there are still some defects in the current popular smart meters on the market,such as the inability to store data,the data is easy to lose after the battery is powered off,the use of end-to-end communication,the power supply company’s servers in data collection,the pressure is greater.Considering these problems,this paper designs a new smart meter system,which has the following innovations:1.Photovoltaic power supply is used for design.Considering that it is troublesome to replace the battery of smart electricity meter,and the electricity meter will not be disassembled after installation,photovoltaic conversion circuit is adopted to convert the external solar energy into electric energy,so as to provide a longer battery life for the electricity meter.2.A concentrator is used to count the power consumption data of a building,and a wireless communication method is used in the concentrator to communicate with the server of the power supply company.Compared with the end-to-end communication mode of ordinary smart meters,the system adopted in this paper can send the power consumption data of a building user to the server in batches,which can significantly save the network resources of the server,reduce the pressure of the server,and reduce the manufacturing cost of a single smart meter.3.It is more convenient to use digital quantity to calculate and store the electric energy data.At the same time,it is also convenient to interact with other digital devices.The system has higher scalability.The smart meter provided in this paper uses a micro CPU to collect and analyze the user’s power consumption data.The analyzed power consumption data is stored in the local memory chip first,and then sent to the local concentrator through RS485 bus.The concentrator will send the power data to the server of the power supply company in batches.Therefore,the cost of the system is significantly reduced compared with that of the city.The system can save more than 50% of the cost on the premise of achieving the same performance,especially suitable for large-scale commercial scenarios. |
