Chinese Campus Landscape Environment Of Colleges And Universities Based On Behavior Of Students

In late 20 th Century,Li Lanqing,former Vice Premier of China made an decision to enlarge college and university enrollment,because of which,Chinese colleges and universities began large-scale enrollment expansion since 1999.Expansion is the inevitable choice of educational reform,which needless to say realized more students' dream of university.But at the same time,enrollment expansion brought a lot of problems and thoughts in other aspects.And different requirements for campus environment were put forward because of various characters,interests and living backgrounds of a large number of students from all over China.All these has made requests and challenges for construction of campus circumstance,such as how to construct the modern campus landscape of good growing environment for students is a very important issue.The landscape environment design for campus plays an important role in construction of colleges and universities and improvement of education quality.In this Graduation Thesis,by researching a large quantity of domestic and foreign campus landscape environment design of colleges and universities,by studying behavioral and psychological theories of students,the writer summarizes the peculiarity for campus landscape of Chinese colleges and universities.The writer analyzes the design strategy of campus landscape design for behavioral and psychological requirements of students from all sides,such as spatial pattern and campus culture.The jolly campus landscape environment will bring tastes,knowledge and learning enthusiasm,which provides delightful environment for study and growth to students.In this Paper,the write explores the relationship between campus landscape environment and behaviors of students in order to provide inspiration for prospective campus landscape environment design of colleges and universities.The writer comes up with his own comprehensions and experiences in design strategies and philosophies,by which beautiful and practical campus landscape space would be created,so that students could enjoy their campus lives.
