New Technical Method Study Of Urban Renewal Based On The Micro Angle Of View

Under the background of country's new urbanization plan and the new normal economic environment, the importance of urban renewal in urban planning continues to increase, while the proportion of stock planning is also rising. Thus, corresponding to the incremental planning, we should explore new tools and methods for the renewal of old city and the stock planning.This paper takes Hangzhou city of Ziyang Street No. 60 Dama Long get old city renewal work as an example, according to the analysis results of previous field research and literature, based on the "micro promotion" technology and "micro urban renewal planning tools and methods, and according to the various demands from the market environment,pension services,pension management focuses on three topics. The three'micro planning' updating scheme of the old city, through the 'micro promotion'technology, the establishment of workshop information simulation platform, real-time feedback from stakeholders, the details of the promotion scheme, so as to realize the promotion of the city micro space target. This paper expounds the research background and analyzed the significance of this research theoretically and practically, introduces the research purpose, method and main content of the paper.Part ?: Literature review.
