Study On The Strategy Of Railway Express Cargo In Station To Door Transportation

People's demand for cargo has changed because of the expansion of the flow of economic factors and the improvement of product quality. The demand for cargo of high value, small batch, individuation and fast speed is increasing, meanwhile, when people choose transport mode, they pay more attention to the efficiency and accuracy of cargo delivery. Therefore, the goal of China's railway cargo transportation is to realize the whole process of logistics.According to the concept of cargo logistics development, developing the service of "station to door" can benefit the service quality and laying a solid foundation. Therefore, it is not only of theoretical significance but also of practical value to study on railway express cargo "station to door" transport.Firstly, this paper studies the current situation of domestic and foreign railway express cargo from the macro point of view; Secondly, through the analysis of the railway "station to door "transportation system, we found that the main problems of the domestic railway express cargo "station to door" transportation focus on the management organization and facilities;Then, when researching the design of the railway "station to door" transport, it is found that constructing the intermediate transfer service network is the key to solve the problem that how to transport the railway express cargo in the way of station to the door. Therefore, how to layout the service point in the network of "station to door" of railway express cargo is the main purpose of this paper. By using the idea of 0-1 integer programming, layout scheme of "station to door" service network based on different requirements is designed and solved by Lingo software, then using a numerical example to prove the feasibility of the models. Finally, the paper puts forward some strategic to the way of "station to door" of railway express cargo.This paper provides some strategies and methods for the development of the railway express cargo in "station to door" transportation service, which can provide reference for the whole door logistics service of the railway freight transportation.
