The Research On Cost Control Of Expressway Expansion Project

Expansion project of highway is the new form of expressway construction under the background that the original highway capacity can not meet the traffic demand,which is very common in Euramerican developed country.Domestic highway construction in recent years has begun to enter the new stage of synchronous development of extension construction and the new-built.The cost is also increased exponentially with the advancing of highway expansion project.Increase the cost of the highway expansion engineering has hindered the further development of our country's highway extension construction.The highway expansion project features prominently,different from the new highway project,cost control research in the highway extension project,making investment play a full benefit on highway extension project.This paper analyzes the characteristics of highway expansion project cost and cost contr ol theory.Analysis Expressway Extension Project Cost factors based on a comprehensive costmanagement.Improved PDCA cycle cost control model combined with integrated DEMATEL-ISM method,the analysis function of the cost control model is added.Improved PDCA cycle has Initiative,dynamic and flexible of "two level" cycle.Research on clarifing the relationship of cost factors have received the source of the factors deep factors and surface factors of highway expansion cost control.The main cost control thought of highway extension project: it strengthen the early stage of work management and reduce the impact of new technology factors to control source factor.It strengthen the design management,engineering change management,construction organization management,project duration,schedule management to control the depth factors.surface factor control focus on improving the cost management system,controlling the construction efficiency and reducing the interference of the external environment on the cost.Through the improved PDCA cycle cost control model for cost management,countermeasures of controlling the cost is raised.The application analysis shows that the cost control method of highway expansion presented in this paper has certain practicality.The improved PDCA cycle cost control in themanagement can play to the initiative principle well and enhance the rationality of the preliminary work of cost control.The study on the cost control of highway expansion project can improve the economic benefits and provide scientific theory and method guidance for construction enterprise in the construction cost control process.
