A rocket is a lethal weapon that can be used to attack enemy's ground fortifications,armored vehicles and urban structures,The conventional non-guided rocket weapon can't effectively hit the target because of its low accuracy.Although precision-guided missile can achieve high hit rate,we couldn't deploy the army in large scale for its high cost and low efficiency-cost ratio.To meet the demand of war,we add simple control system and actuator on the traditional rocket to improve its accuracy and range of shot.In this paper,a new method of rocker trajectory correction is proposed —recoil trajectory correction technique.Its basic principle is to open several air inlet in the proper position of the head of rocket,and open several air outlet in the side position of the rocket behind its head.The connecting relationship of inlets and outlets is determined by the switch valve between them,which makes air outflows from the outlet and produce lateral force.Using this method,we can achieve the purpose of correcting the trajectory and improving the precision of rocket attack.In this paper,we firstly introduced the system composition and working process of recoil trajectory correction rocket.Then established the calculate model of the actuator's control force based on one-dimensional steady flow theory of compressible gas.Taking 122 mm rocket flight in height of 1000 m with the speed of 8 Mach as an example,we theoretically calculated the control force produced by the actuator.We also simulated the aerodynamic characteristics of the flow passage of the actuator using CFX simulation software,and obtained the variation of aerodynamic parameters in the whole process.Lastly,we established the 6D ballistic model of rocket by Simulink and analysis the trajectory changes under the condition of no control and control.Results show that using recoil trajectory correction technique can effectively correct the rocket trajectory and improve the accuracy of its strike.The research results of this paper have some reference value for the simple control technology,trajectory correction and control strategy of rocket.
