With the economic development,Chinese urbanization has made a series of remarkable achievements,however,hardened squares and roads,isolating the city from the land of the exchange of material and energy,make urban environment increasingly severe.In order to alleviate the problem of urban environment,China put forward the concept of sponge city,ecological stagnation,instead of hardening,to build a comprehensive drainage system.In ancient China,cities formed a systematic drainage system,including the treatment of surrounding river systems,the division of urban drainage areas,the arrangement of rainwater facilities in various regions,to guarantee the unhindered of urban drainage system and the integrity of traditional spaces.In this paper,we study the usage of the materials in ancient drainage technology in logic,the typical facilities and modern urban instance,in this article,divided into four chapters.In the second chapter,the application and development of primitive materials,such as earth,brick and stone,in ancient drainage facilities will be fully studied.Ancient people made many attempts,having established the form of the construction of the material properties,to ensure the drainage function of the traditional courtyard space.This chapter studys the development process of each material,analyzes the corresponding reinforcement measures and the spatial form,providing the basis for follow-up study.The third chapter,taking Chang'an Beijing city as examples,focuses on the analysis of the relationship between the evolution of urban structure and the surrounding water system,analyzes the operation mechanism and typical facilities of drainage facilities,introducing the ancient urban rainwater system in the early planning,system arrangement and construction mode of all levels.The fourth chapter,selecting typical rain facilities,study the function of facilities in different periods and its construction form,to get the general rule of the development of ancient rainwater infrastructure,parsing the ecology of the facilities from a long history.The fifth chapter,study the modernization of the TuanCheng rainwater system and results,put forward the personal invention and improvement,showing the great potential of the modernization of ancient drainage technology.Chinese ancient urban drainage system is rooted in the land of China,the analysis of the effect of drainage system has great practical significance to the construction of current urban drainage system.
