Research Of Urban Waterfront Green Space Design Of Nanchang City Under The Sponge City Concept

In recent years,on the one side,due to global warming climate anomaly and extremely frequency precipitation,many cities of China have suffered serious floods,Nanchang city of Jiangxi province also not spared.Flood disasters did not only give rise to huge property losses,but also threat the city safety structure seriously.On the other side,the rapid development of urbanization bring convenient and comfortable to urban residents,whereas the development has separate the symbiotic relationship between water and city,which led to a series of problems,such as urban waterlogging,water pollution,lake disappearance and underground water level decline.From the angle of view of the sponge city concept,this study explored the potential of rainwater ecological management in urban waterfront green space,and put forward the design principles,which included to maintain the city's ecological hydrology principle,landscape security principle,the principle of regional characteristic and principle of humanistic concern.Thus corresponding design strategy contained three aspects: establishing ecological revetment and connecting grey infrastructure,setting up plants in buffer zones and improving urban microclimate and establishing sustainable rain flood management system and promoting the urban flood control and drainage.this paper guided the future of Nanchang urban waterfront green space construction by using the above principles and strategies,which created the urban waterfront green space landscape with ecological benefit,regional characteristics and humanistic care.This paper selected the Ganjiang river east dike and Aixihu wetland park as the research object,from the angle of sponge city concept,through field investigation and questionnaire,the waterfront green space design was explored.The conclusions were as followed:Firstly,the city residents had almost equal satisfaction to the two waterfront green space landscape,and it is widely believed that Aixihu wetland park was superior to Ganjiang river east dike in drainage,however,due to the profession to much in design of sponge facility,so that most people could't clearly understand the scientificity and beauty of design.Secondly,in gender,professional,educational background and age levels,people's response to waterfront park green space design is different.First of all,women needed a higher sense of security in the waterfront green park;then,the landscape architecture specialty people were more strict to the design of the two parks,more understanding about sponge facilities design;Again,the graduate student above crowd had more strict satisfaction to sponge facilities design,other education levels of people were more tolerant;Finally,45 to 55 years old crowd had the highest satisfaction to waterfront park green space,the use of sponge facilities in the park design were easier to accept.On the above conclusions,this paper put forward the corresponding proposals:Firstly,from the water landscape quality,waterfront green space design should need more scientific and effective guidance and processing about the rain.In the waterfront park green space design,rainwater flow control,stranded,collecting,filtering,penetration and purification all should be considered adequately.To achieve the utilization of rainwater resources and reduce the pollutionaused by runoff erosion to urban water system.Secondly,the waterfront park green space design,especially the sponge facilities design should be able to be interpreted clearly by general public,and we should do some designs such as publicity column,popular science experimental zone,rainwater collection experience area to enhance people's understanding about storm-water management facilities,and improve people's perception of sponge city construction.Thirdly,waterfront green space design should be accomplished aiming to different peoples.The means including establishing security identity system,ecological experience area design,innovative design of sponge facilities construction sketch or structures,etc.,to improve the waterfront green space more interesting,readable,and comfortable.
