| The evaluation of highway asphalt pavement damage is a systematic and complicated work.The pavement damage has a variety of types and severity of different characteristics.In order to make rational use of pavement damage survey data objectively on pavement condition evaluation and make the evaluation results reflect the actual conditions,a lot of investigation is needed.According to the survey data,with the analysis of the scientific method,a reasonable evaluation model can be established,to promote road maintenance management work.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the evaluation of highway asphalt pavement damage in our country by deeply comparing and analyzing the evaluation methods of highway asphalt pavement damage.In this paper,on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign research on the evaluation of pavement damage status,this paper summarizes the influencing factors and the establishment of evaluation model.Based on the in-depth analysis of the highway asphalt pavement damage assessment method in China and the United States,the author finds out the existing problems.Through the comparison and analysis of two kinds of evaluation methods of pure theory and practical engineering cases,from the point of view of the relationship between damage score and PCI and evaluation results,this paper compares and analyzes several kinds of damage types,such as "Longitudinal cracking and Transverse cracking","Patching","Block cracking","Alligator cracking","Potholes" and "Raveling",and finds out the similarities and differences of the two kinds of evaluation methods,advantages and disadvantages of them.On the basis of the analysis of the damage weight from the perspective of "damage space" and "evaluation result",combining with the analysis results and the situation of our country,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the damage weight of "Longitudinal cracking and Transverse cracking","Potholes" and "Patching" of highway asphalt pavement in our country.Get through this study: The evaluation method of highway asphalt pavement damage in our country mainly exists the problem that the weight difference between different types of damage is too small,and the weight value of pavement damage type is too small.There are two main problems in the United States evaluation method: "the value of single damage score error","the proportion of road surface damage being too small".In our country and the United States highway asphalt pavement evaluation method,the damage values of "Longitudinal cracking/Transverse cracking","Patching","Block cracking","Alligator cracking","Potholes" and "Raveling" on the impact of PCI is great firstly and then small.The United States is more reasonable in setting severity degrees and deduction of damage,and especially setting severity degrees and the value of "Patching" are better than our country.According to the analysis results,putting forward the following suggestions: "Longitudinal cracking/Transverse cracking"(light)weight takes "0.8","Longitudinal cracking/Transverse cracking"(weight)weight takes "1.4","Potholes"(light)weight takes "1.2","Potholes"(heavy)weight takes "1.8","Patching" weight takes "0.4"."Yu Sui" Expressway engineering case proves that "Critical damage correction weight" is reliable.The research results obtained in this paper are helpful to improve the evaluation methods of highway pavement damage and improve the level of highway maintenance and management in China. |
