Research On Urban Planning Based On Ecological Concept

With the deepening understanding of nature for mankind,the human economy and society from a single agricultural economy is derived from the handicrafts and commerce and other more diversified economic mode slowly l.The diversification of economic models has made the connection between human beings more and more close.In the agricultural economy,the village as a unit began to convergence gradually.When the fusion reaches a certain scale,the city is formed.Urban planning refers to the planning and deployment of future urban development,such as setting the goals of urban development,within a certain period of time,combining with the city's history and current situation.The city planning provides the norm and the blueprint for the city construction.It provides the direction and the basis for the city management.The forward-looking and rationality has a great influence on the development prospect of a city and is the soul of the city development.With the environmental problems and the contradiction between urban development has become increasingly prominent,people have come to realize that taking the ecological development path,building an ecological city,is the future of urban development,the only choice.The process of building an ecological city,the first to be completed is the establishment of evaluation index system and model construction.Because in the actual process,need to quantify the assessment of urban construction through the index system.Based on ecological theory,eco-city theory and eco-city planning system,this paper enriches the basic research of urban planning based on ecological concept and constructs an eco-city planning and evaluation system,which includes economic development,social development,construction level,Ecological environment and resource utilization,and put forward the corresponding index.At the same time,taking the comprehensive evaluation of eco-city planning in Tianjin as an example,the index weight is established by AHP,and the matrix isestablished by gray multi-level method.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation score of Tianjin eco-city planning is calculated.The results show that the comprehensive score of Tianjin eco-city planning evaluation is 3.545,and the combination of AHP and gray multi-level method can make the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis get a better integration,not only avoid the subjective in the eco-city planning evaluationeffectively,But also make the evaluation conclusion more reliable.
