As a series of traffic problems getting worse with the rapid development of urbanization,the international community is increasingly aware of the importance of developing public transport,and actively implements the "bus priority" development strategy.City bus is the widely used public transportation;it's very important to study how toscientifically and efficiently evaluate it in different ranges and views.Therefore,this thesis did research on the comprehensive evaluation and spatial analysis for city bus system.Firstly,based on analyzing the operating features and domestic and overseas evaluation technology of city bus,the thesis established a set of macro comprehensive evaluation index system by using the qualitative and quantitative Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and identified the each target weight of the indexes by AFSA.The system covered road network,efficiency and benefits,passenger satisfaction,these three aspects,according to the views of bus companies,passengers and others.Secondly,with the combination of advantages of Extension Theory's resolving contradictions and city bus system's complexity,dynamics and random peculiarities,a bus macro comprehensive evaluation model was established based on Extension Theory,then the theory's applicability of the model was proved.By the model,the operating condition of Hangzhou city bus system was evaluated with the survey data of indicators,and furthermore,according to the evaluation result,the developing suggestions were proposed to improve the comprehensive level of the system.After taking city bus line as the researching object,its spatial feature was employed to establish the microscopic spatial analysis models which aimed at analyzing average speed,operating conditions,delays and punctuality rate respectively.By using GPS vehicle positioning system,the bus traveling information of two representative lines of Hangzhou was collected,and used to analyze the bus driving conditions according to the microscopic spatial analysis models.Finally,through the JAVA,Sql Server database,the comprehensive evaluation and microscopic spatial analysis software for city bus system was developed,and all of the models established in this paper were verified.The results shows the models can accurately reflect the comprehensive operating level and Lines running status of city bus.
