Baoshan region of Yunnan Power Grid Currently there are two power supply units are limited liability company Baoshan in Yunnan Power Grid Power Supply Bureau, Yunnan Baoshan Power Co., Ltd.; Baoshan aspect scheduling mechanism scheduling system is divided into four bodies, top to bottom:Province level scheduling mechanism, regional dispatching agencies, municipal dispatching agencies, county dispatch mechanism. At the same time according to the power accident grading standards, divided into personal power, equipment, and electrical safety accident categories. Baoshan Power Supply Bureau in the process of grid operation in various types of risk assessment and risk management are all factors were submitted by way of manual, offline; lack of a complete risk management system and risk assessment, risk control auxiliary warning policy, emergency management information platform support. Clearly establish and improve the safe operation of power a complete risk management and control system is very urgent.The paper introduces the research background Baoshan City power grid security risk warning management system, project significance and current research and application status, defined the content and main thesis; in business analysis, the paper system problems, organization, existing business processes are analyzed, given optimized business processes; functional analysis, the paper use cases and use case description, a clear function of the system, given the overall view of the system and feature pack package by sub-function drawings, including hazard identification management, risk assessment, risk management, management, risk early warning management, basic data management and system management sub-package diagram; in the data analysis, the data for each paper required for the processing functions of the system are analyzed, given entity class diagram, we established a database table structure; Finally, the paper did research and analysis are summarized, and further work in the future.
