Study On Prediction And Management Of Power Distribution Network Loss In H County

To reduce the line loss of distribution network is an important aspect of saving electricity,provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of power system expansion,operation,control and decision and so on,is the Power Grid Corp’s important economic and technical indicators,is a key indicator of power grid operation quality,management level,transmission efficiency etc..Line loss rate is still relatively high compared with developed countries of the world,energy saving potential.To reduce line loss management burden,standardized management,has important practical significance to improve the efficiency and benefit of enterprise.This paper researchs the current situation of line loss management,including line loss calculation and management method,based on extensive literature review,systematically expoundes the concept and classification of loss calculation principle and method.The line loss of 0.4kV distribution network in H county and typical Taiwan area is calculated quantitatively.And according to the results,its current situation is analyzed.The reasons for the problem of distribution line loss management are explored.Then,the paper makes a comparative analysis of the distribution network loss prediction method,analyzes the various indicators of line loss management in the whole process of the construction,Constructs index system of line loss from the two aspects of technology and management of line loss loss;Then,based on fuzzy mathematics and ANP-entropy theory,it constructs the theoretical line loss prediction model of distribution network.After Constructing the model,this paper combines the historical data of H County distribution network,carrying on the real diagnosis analysis,and forecasts the line loss rate of three stations.The reason of area loss difference was analyzed from the geographical position,power structure,load characteristics and so on,and by comparing the actual loss and loss prediction analysis,the paper analyses the reason of error from the index of line loss rate value,provides a valuable reference for the further management of line loss.Finally,based on modern computer technology,information and communication technology,it introduces the application of H County line loss management system.Combining with H County distribution network line loss management status and application of system,it puts forward the feasible line loss management solutions from technology and management,improves the scientific and accurate of line loss management.
