The Planning For The Distribution Network In Chun'an County With The Comprehensive Evaluation In Reliability And Economy

The distribution network is an important part of the power grid,and also it's an important infrastructure in the area.With the development of the national economy and the improvement of people's living standard,The construction of distribution network should not only guarantee the supply of high quality and reliable power supply for regional economic and social development and the improvement of people's living standard,at the same time,it also needs to meet the needs of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.In recent years,Chun'an County,Zhejiang Province,after the construction and transformation of the power distribution network,it has improved to a certain degree in the network structure?power supply capacity?reliability and more other aspects.But it still exists some problems such as insufficient power supply weak netwrok structure and slightly insufficient contact in medium voltage distribution site ?a long time running parts of the distribution equipment and so on.All of these affect the reliability and economy of the distribution network in Chunan county.On the basis of the reliability and economy,it is of great significance to the construction of distribution network in Chunan county.This article conduct a comprehensive analysis to the high and medium voltage distribution network in Chun'an county from the network equipment and network set-up,combined with the regional characteristics of Chun'an County,the weak links ?obsolete equipment and power supply capacity problems of each distribution network are pointed out.In order to solve the existing problems in the distribution network,besides on the basis of full consideration of Chun'an County and the pattern of the grid partition load characteristics? function orientation and development scale the 2015-2020 distribution network of Chun'an County is planned.In the end,this paper presents a method for evaluating the reliability and economy of distribution network planning based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,this method is used to evaluate the reliability and economy of distribution network planning in Chun'an county.According to the principle of the comprehensive evaluation index of the distribution network,a comprehensive ?scientific ?systematic planning of distribution network reliability evaluation index is established combined with the analysis and research of Chun'an county level distribution network combined with the analysis and research of Chun'an county distribution network.Then layered and quantified the selected indicatiors by AHP,With fuzzy analysis method to calculate each index layer.Finally,according to the quantitative index and the membership degree between each layers the comprehensive evaluation value of Chun'an county economy and reliability of distribution network planning is obtained.The results show that the distribution network planning of Chunan county takes full account of the economy and reliability,but there is still room for further improvement.
