Scientific and reasonable distribution network planning is an important measure to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid,and also an important guarantee to ensure that the power demand is met in the future.In China,the development of distribution network has been in a relatively backward position.It is an important measure to adopt more scientific and effective methods to plan distribution network according to future development.In the planning process,several candidate planning schemes are usually proposed,so the comprehensive evaluation of distribution network planning schemes is needed,so that the best planning scheme can be selected by establishing a complete index evaluation system to ensure safe,reliable and efficient operation.In this paper,an analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model for evaluating distribution network planning schemes is proposed based on the engineering practice of Huihuan Town,Huizhou.The main research contents are as follows:1)Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a comprehensive evaluation model for distribution network planning is constructed.Firstly,the relevant principles of establishing AHP indicators are analyzed.Based on the above principles,and combined with the engineering practice of distribution network planning,the AHP indicators system is proposed from four aspects: equipment coordination,engineering economy,development adaptability and safety reliability.At the same time,the related detailed indicators are put forward under each index.A three-level analytic hierarchy process model is constructed.Subsequently,the weight of each index is determined by expert consultation scoring method,which provides a scientific mathematical model for evaluating the distribution network planning scheme.2)Applying the comprehensive evaluation model of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)established in this paper to the planning and evaluation of distribution network in Huihuan Town,the validity of the mathematical model established in this paper is verified.3)To analyze and study the current situation of Huihuan distribution network,the power load of Huihuan Town is analyzed firstly,then the current situation of high voltage substation is analyzed,the necessity of new substation is analyzed,and the network structure,line load,distribution load,line convertible power supply situation and low level of Huihuan medium voltage distribution network are analyzed.The current situation of voltage distribution is analyzed and studied,and the existing problems of the current network are excavated to lay the foundation for further planning.4)The recent planning of distribution network in Huihuan Town is studied.Firstly,the load forecasting of distribution network in Huihuan Town is carried out.On this basis,the expansion of distribution substation,medium-voltage distribution network and low-voltage distribution network in Huihuan Town from 2019 to 2020 are planned and designed.The comprehensive evaluation model of AHP is used to evaluate the planning effect comprehensively,and the future planning is analyzed to solve the existing problems.Finally,the investment is calculated and the economy of the plan is analyzed.
