| Electric power construction industry has been always got lots of care from state and government,and as a new energy,wind power has become the key development target of the Power 13 th Five-Year Plan.But,a large sum of problems are exist in wind power construction project,especial of the quality issues.In 2015,the National Energy Administration released Special Supervision Report on Electric Power Construction Project Quality in which points out there are serious quality management problems in wind power project.Although our government and society pays close attention to power construction quality,the management tools and methods are backward and a few advanced digital technologies are used in actual projects.BIM(Building Information Modeling)and RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)are the most popular information technologies which were usually applied to complete data collection,processing and performance.BIM,as a new technology,is suitable used in life-cycle management of civil engineering,such as collaborative design,construction management and facility management.RFID is a relatively mature technology which has been wide used in supply chain management,storage management and identity recognition fields,and it can be also used in construction industry to achieve identification,tracking,navigation and monitoring works for components.In this paper,BIM and RFID are combined and applied in quality management of wind power construction project.Firstly,the current research statuses are analyzed which shows that there is lack of systematic research on the quality management.Secondly,the applicability of BIM and RFID in quality management has been verified by explain the theoretical and technical basis of wind power construction project.Thirdly,the quality management system is build from analysis,design and module construction aspects and the specific structure and elements of the modules is stated.Finally,using this system in wind farm case and then proposed the concrete application schemes,evaluated the results and given suggestions.By the theoretical and case study,the validity of the technology has been proved.This paper leads new research perspectives and methods for quality management of wind power construction project.The findings are conducive to improving the level of the quality management,reducing the possibility of quality accidents and providing reference for project schedule management,safety management and maintenance management. |
