| In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,not only the building growth area is expanding,but also building energy consumption in the proportion of total social energy consumption.China’s building energy consumption accounted about 19.74%.compared to developed countries,the overall proportion is relatively low.it is happy to know that there is still great potential for optimization.Therefore,building energy management is imperative.we all know that Building energy consumption management methods can not meet the traditional needs,so it is necessary provided a method that are based on the proposed construction phase of the introduction of BIM building energy management.As a result,the traditional extensive management change into a streamlined and efficient management way.In this paper,energy efficiency standards at home and abroad were studied,as well as the building energy consumption management system indicators.the studies used as a framework for building energy management BIM basis.The traditional management methods and processes of building energy consumption are expounded,then the problems and shortcomings are found out through the research and actual investigation.It is concluded that the introduction of BIM energy management can overcome these problems,and it has the advantage of comparing with the BIM,which proves its feasibility and superiority as the theoretical foundation.Taking the building of a hospital project in Ganzhou as an example,this method is used to simulate the building energy consumption and analyze the thermal performance.The results show that the overall energy consumption of buildings in line with national standards.Combining with the orthogonal experimental method,seven roof energy transfer factors,such as roof heat transfer coefficient,external wall heat transfer coefficient,external window heat transfer coefficient,air conditioning temperature value,per capita floor space,equipment power and ventilation frequency were selected to do the quantitative analysis.The quantitative analysis of the impact of building cooling load.The results show that a large part of the influence comes from the building internal disturbance factors,and the influence of the envelope structure is more reflected in the heating energy consumption.It is found that the driving forces of government departments are not enough,the awareness of energy saving in China and the lack of knowledge of BIM,the lack of complete BIM standards and related professional talents in China,which are the main obstacles tothe energy management of BIM buildings.In order to solve these problems,the paper proposes some suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of energy management and the introduction of BIM to promote the introduction and implementation of BIM in energy management.The research of this paper provides a new research direction for building energy management.By building information technology(BIM)to improve the traditional way of energy management and building a close relationship with engineering practice.For the building revolution that in the field of energy-saving and the future development lay the right road.it Has a strong practical significance. |
