In today's society,The increasingly prominent problem of parking caused by the rapid growth of the number of urban cars and a serious shortage of parking facilities,coupled with the scarcity of urban land resources,exacerbated the parking problem.The application of stereo garage can make this problem well relieved or even solved.It is one of the effective measures to solve the parking problem which can make full use of a small area of land,play a great advantage in space,store the vehicle to the maximum extent.Therefore,the four rows and seven columns up-down and translation stereo garage which have a total of 25 parking spaces is selected as the research and control objects in this paper,and completed the research and design of intelligent stereo garage control system based on S7-1200 PLC,touch screen and host computer.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research and application status and development trend of stereo garage at home and abroad,and then the functional requirements and control requirements of the intelligent stereo garage control system are analyzed,finally complete the overall design of the intelligent stereo garage control system.At the same time,the stereo garage designed by using the situ standby of storage-retrieval strategies and the parking scheduling optimization control,from the two aspects of storage-retrieval ability and operation efficiency to achieve high efficiency and energy saving.The hardware part.According to the analysis of the functional requirements and control requirements,the main part hardware design of the detection part,the control part and the execution part is presented.In the detection part,the signal is detected and collected by the photoelectric switch,proximity switch and limit switch,and the signal input and output circuit is designed;The control part uses S7-1200 PLC as the main controller for signal processing of data transmission over the detection part,and connected with the touch screen and the host computer through Ethernet,establish PROFINET communication: the data is transferred to the touch screen and the host computer,and also receives the control commands from the touch screen and the host computer.the execution part is composed of lifting motor,traversing motor,safety hook and safety lever,complete the motor control module circuit design.The software part.The software function modules are analyzed,combined with hardware design,complete the program design of the function modules such as sensor signal detection,reset,parking scheduling optimization control,automatic control and manual control.According to the control flow chart,the program of each module is realized.According to the actual functional requirements,The software design of touch control system in touch screen mainly includes the automatic control interface and manual control interface,to achieve the user or operator on the stereo garage field operation.Combined with the PLC control program,the software design of the upper computer monitoring system focuses on the real-time monitoring interface of the stereo garage,and realizes the remote monitoring function of the state and operation of the stereo garage.Finally,The control system of the intelligent stereo garage is simulated and debugged.After several modifications to improve,the final debugging results show that the system is stable and reliable,the control interface is simple and friendly,and the monitoring system can monitor the state of the garage in real time.The design of intelligent stereo garage control system in this paper has played a positive role to ease the parking problem,which has a certain practical value and realistic significance.
