With the rapid development of my country’s economy and the rapid progress of urbanization,as well as the continuous increase in the number of vehicles in my country,the existing parking facilities have largely been unable to meet the increasing demand for parking,which has caused a series of parking difficulties.The problem arises.In response to the above problems,this thesis proposes a new type of circular well-type stereo parking garage based on PLC control.The research content is as follows:First of all,The functional requirements of the ring-well stereo parking garage are analyzed,the overall frame structure of the ring-well stereo parking garage is designed,and the structure design and optimization of the center turntable,the clamping translation device and the safety anti-falling device are carried out.Using finite element analysis software,the mechanical analysis of the key devices of the garage was carried out,and the stability of the related structure of the garage was verified.Secondly,according to the control scheme of the ring-well stereo parking garage,the hardware selection of the three-dimensional parking garage control system has been completed.The three-dimensional model of the stereo parking garage was simplified into a two-dimensional coordinate model,and Matlab software was used to model and analyze various access control strategies,and the optimal access control strategy suitable for the circular well-type stereo parking garage was determined,The total time taken to complete ten missions to retrieve and retrieve the car has been shortened by nearly 20 s.The working principle,control flow and access control strategy of the stereo parking garage were comprehensively analyzed,and Siemens S7-1200 PLC was selected as the stereo parking garage controller.Using the Portal TIA software,the initialization of the ring-well type stereo parking garage control system,the writing of the subroutines for parking,picking up and the garage access strategy have been completed,and the overall design requirements for the stereo parking garage control system have been realized.Thirdly,The stereo parking garage turntable is an important component of the stereo parking garage,which can realize the lifting and rotating functions.Therefore,improving the control accuracy of the dual-motor cooperative control system of the turntable is of great significance to shorten the parking time of garage vehicles.In the application of the traditional PI control algorithm in the dual-motor cooperative control system,there are problems such as large error in the response curve of the master-slave motor and weak control and compensation ability.Therefore,a series hierarchical motor control strategy is proposed,and a hierarchical adaptive Fuzzy-PI algorithm suitable for the dual-motor cooperative control system of the turntable is designed in conjunction with the triangular membership function.Using Simulink to establish a simulation model of a dual-motor cooperative control system with permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)as the control object,and compare and analyze the control effects of the hierarchical adaptive Fuzzy-PI algorithm with the traditional PI control algorithm and the hierarchical sliding film variable structure control algorithm.The results show that the improved hierarchical adaptive Fuzzy-PI algorithm makes the system master-slave motor coordination error less than 1%,the speed control accuracy of the slave motor is 25% higher than that of the traditional PI control algorithm,and its speed convergence speed is faster than that of the hierarchical sliding film PI control algorithm.Increased by 0.08 s,and the output torque error of the slave motor is reduced by 20%.Finally,using Kingview software,the man-machine interaction interface of the ring-well stereo parking garage was designed,and the simulation test platform was built.In the design of the human-computer interaction interface,parking time is used as the dividing standard,and the parking modes are divided into three types: long-term parking mode,daily parking mode,and short-term parking mode,thus realizing the time-sharing parking function of the stereo parking garage.The design of this function effectively improves the utilization rate of parking spaces and shortens the time for users to access the car.In the test simulation platform,a real-time database of car access for the stereo parking garage was established,the alarm monitoring system was improved,and the process of car-taking from the stereo parking inventory was simulated,and the correctness of the design of the stereo parking garage control system was verified.
