AFC system is an automatic system which can be realized the functionality of ticket buying,ticket checking,charging and statistical analysis by the technology of calculation and automatic control.It is a kind of magnetic card or smart card as the ticket and can realize the computer automation management of ticket selling,check-in,billing,settlement,statistic,report generation,machine monitoring and maintenance and so on by the terminal equipment such as automatic ticket selling machine and automatic ticket checking machine and the safe,reliable and confidential computer network.Meanwhile,it can carry out the automatic management of the ticket inventory,initialization,distribution,selling,recycling,cycling,the loss reporting and automatically generate the data sources of operational management of passengers flow statistic,income check and decision analysis.With the rapid development of social economy and the accelerating of urbanization,the rail transit becomes more and more important,which has been facing an unprecedented development opportunity and showing a good tendency in the urban area.Currently,China's rail transit has entered the stage of network operation.The role and advantage of AFC system in the rail transit is becoming more and more obvious with the expansion of urban rail transportation scale.T Passengers,as the main object and carrier of the rail transit service,collect and analyze the passenger's travel characteristics accurately,which is the basis for the implementation of the policies and measures of the travel demand identification and the optimization of the railway network planning.On the other hand,city rail transit AFC system operating in the long-term process of accumulation of a large number of rich rail transportation data,such as IC card swipe stop data,station data,recharge data,these data describe trajectories of passengers,but also reflects the process of travel for passengers,passenger travel features extraction rail traffic based on reliable data.Therefore,reasonable and effective application of all kinds of data mining,make full use of and travel characteristics of rail transit AFC system the data show the passengers,the passengers for the study on the characteristics of AFC system analysis and optimization of ticketing operation management,evaluation of operational efficiency,has very important significance for the long-term decision of rail transit AFC system.According to the data characteristics of rail transit AFC system,this paper focuses on the analysis of the integrity of the data and information within the AFC system,the theory and method of analysis,optimization and operation ticket management benefit evaluation on issues such as temporal and spatial characteristics of AFC system of rail transit passengers to carry out exploratory study.The expectation theory and method support operational decisions through the research of AFC system,and establish the deterministic analysis model of passenger flow data of rail transit AFC system,realize real-time analysis of dynamic,rapid increase in rail transit operation management efficiency;and establish clear and related performance data features of AFC system in rail transit system,through the analysis of the corresponding selection methods,data modeling and data analysis based on the requirements of decision-making and decision basis for the planning and construction of rail transportation.The exploration of the theory and method of decision making based on research using data fusion theory and method research on temporal and spatial characteristics of city rail transit AFC system of passenger ticket management and operation optimization analysis,benefit evaluation,the main results of the study are as follows:(1)Based on comprehensive analysis of the data fusion theory and AFC system data,this paper put forward the data fusion theory of the urban rail transit AFC system and explained its concept definition,core idea and affiliation etc.It divided the data analysis of urban rail transit AFC system into three levels:fusion by data,fusion by feature and fusion by decision,the decision objectives and the contents to resolve and their logical relationship between each level,and finally provided the practical decision-making problem for each level with respectively the analysis of passenger' temporal and spatial characteristics on data fusion level,optimizing decision making of ticket management on feature fusion level,evaluation of operational benefit on decision fusion level.(2)the main data of the AFC system are described and explained in detail.Rail transit operation and management features of the data acquisition subsystem for AFC automatic fare collection system in the data source,starting from the analysis of city rail traffic system AFC transaction data,ticket management,ticket card problem,put forward the method of data acquisition of ticket management,gives the optimization scheme of AFC system for ticket management at the present stage of AFC.On the basis of in-depth study of information fusion theory,the basic data of AFC system,such as passenger flow,train running time,operation frequency and so on,are integrated.(3)the evidence theory is introduced in the AFC operation benefit of city rail transit,and train marshalling and headway time optimization as evidence of city rail traffic is established,through the combination of certain rules of evidence,provide decision-making basis for operation optimization model.AFC will track traffic operation efficiency is defined as the decision domain;the city rail transit system and train marshalling operation interval time decision related index is defined as the combination of the evidence;evidence that rail transit train marshalling and comprehensive probability headway time selection of support function,so as to track traffic operation efficiency optimization decision.In this way,a decision model of rail transit line and train headway time,discusses the suitable combination rules of urban rail transit city line operating efficiency optimization model selection,and application of combination method to solve the evidence.In this paper,it will enrich and expand the theoretical framework and method system of decision-making of operation and development of urban rail transit.It provides the theoretical basis for decision-making of operation and development of urban rail transit.
