Study On Construction Project Of The Rail Transit Automatic Fare Collection System

Automatic fare collection system is an important system for rail transit,bear the task of self-service ticketing,ticket checking,billing,charging,statistics and liquidation of rail transit.The implementation of automatic fare collection system greatly reduces the labor cost of rail transit operation.The formulation of fare is also changed from the original fixed single fares into fare,timing,counting and other fare programs,while also providing a lot of statistics on passenger flow,operation,maintenance,management and other statistics,where these data can provide a reliable basis for decision support.Ningbo rail transit was opened on June 26,2009 and has operated two lines,line 1 and line 2,initially forming the basic skeleton of the "Cross"rail transit.The total length of the line is 72.1 km and a total of 51 stations.We shall be on the 2nd line of automatic fare collection system as the object of study,Through the research on the system structure of the domestic automatic ticket sales,the development trend of the industry and the project implementation,the project management plan of the first-phase automatic fare collection system of the metro line 2 in Ningbo was carried out to ensure the smooth progress of the project and realize the full-function system put into operation.The first chapter of this paper introduces the development history of the automatic fare collection system,the development of the domestic fare collection system and the significance of researching the automatic fare collection system.The second chapter discusses the development of automatic fare collection system,system architecture and function.The third chapter gives the project of Ningbo automatic fare collection system of rail transit,including the planning of Ningbo rail transit,the progress of the project and the briefing and main problems of the first-phase automatic fare collection project of line 2.The fourth chapter studies with the system of bidding and arrival of the project from the automatic fare collection system,and puts emphasis on the quality control of the equipment,the assurance measures and the management of safety,quality and progress of the construction equipment,so as to make the project management plan.We smooth implementation of the promotion,preparation before construction,construction of the whole process of management,commissioning and acceptance,the official operation and other goals.The fifth chapter analyzes the whole project management implementation effect from the whole process of the project implementation of the automatic fare collection system on line 2.Ningbo metro Line 2 automatic fare collection system construction project main research results are as follows:Through the project participants to establish project organization,a clear division of responsibilities and staffing of all parties to determine the scope of work of the participating units and tasks to enable the smooth progress of the entire project and improve the implementation efficiency,so that participation through the overall management of project progress,taking full account of the impact factors of the implementation of the schedule.The project schedule is refined and compiled.The key nodes of the project are tracked.And the actual progress of the project is compared with the planned progress to control the implementation of the entire project,so that the overall goal of the project can be completed on schedule;through project equipment production and installation of quality control and construction process to ensure project quality objectives meet the expected requirements.We put forward the implementation of the project construction and production safety and civilization construction of the specific requirements and points of attention to ensure that the process of project implementation to promote safe and controllable.Through the study of this project,it can provide a good reference case for the construction of the automatic fare collection system of Ningbo rail transit line and the construction of domestic and international automatic fare collection system.
