Loading and reinforcement is the foundation of highway transportation and is the key in the transportation process.In fact,loading mode is still not reasonable,loading position is not correct and the strength of binding depends on previous experience.So this paper discussed a method of loading and strengthening based on the large cylindrical object which is difficult to load and reinforce.(1)the first consideration should be given to the selection of transport vehicles.According to road survey results,the dynamic equation in reference to the vehicle,the maximum traction force and the selection of suitable tractor.And then determine the corresponding trailer according to the bearing capacity of pavement,dimensions and goods vehicle.(2)According to the basic principle of material mechanics and structural mechanics,this paper establish the basic mechanical model of large cylinder loading objects.And then use board deformation and the maximum allowable bending moment as the main index to determine the position of the center of gravity and the fulcrum number of loading.It can also determine the appropriate loading position.(3)Lifting,self loading and sliding loading are the three most commonly used loading methods for large road transportation.This paper analyzes the conditions of use,the operation mode and the applicable scope of each loading method.The large cylindrical object is loaded in the right position by the appropriate loading method,and the three-dimensional model of the lifting of the double crane is established with the concrete example.(4)This paper established the criterion of strengthening six degrees of freedom bound transport according to the machining process and the elastic-plastic theory.Based on the characteristics of large cylindrical conveying parts and the conditions of the commonly used binding reinforcement tools,a binding strengthening scheme combining "tied up" and "eight character bundles" is developed in paper.It also established the three-dimensional geometric model of tied reinforcement using SolidWorks software.In terms of the analysis of running vehicles,saddle,transport may produce a variety of inertia force and the corresponding failure mode,this paper check the tied reinforcement tool and select the specific type of binding reinforcement tool.(5)By comparing the strength of that vehicle check in emergency braking,we know that it is easy to cause the failure of sliding vertical objects,which are tied with wire rope around the selected formula.Besides,it is easy to cause the saddle transverse overturning failure when the vehicle at high speed through the corners.In the two failure modes,the possibility of longitudinal sliding is greater.
