Along with our country joining the World Trade Organization,a large number of construction companies swarm into China The aging problem is increasingly serious in our country at the same time,the demographic dividend gradually disappear.The original human cost advantage gradually evolved into a human cost disadvantage,Which cause originally fierce competition of construction market competition is increasingly fierce.Faced the competition in the external environment,our country construction enterprise in order to be able to get their own survival and development space,have to internally through efficient management methods to strengthen the cost management to build their own core competitiveness.This paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method to study the risk of construction project cost management,the main work is as follows:In this paper,on the basis of the selected topic background and research significance,through the introduction of cost management research status at home and abroad to make our have a overall understanding of engineering cost management.And then the article introduces the development course of cost management and the main theory of cost management methods,which lead to the meaning and composition of the engineering project cost management,and expounds the process and key steps of the construction cost management.Through introducing the definition of risk management and the characteristics of project cost risk management to realize the importance and particularity of the construction project cost risk management,and interpret the importance of cost risk management on construction stage engineering.Then through introducing the characteristics and the using key points of the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,apply them to the construction cost risk management.Combined with specific XinSha JinXiu TianCheng project,first,have a brief introduction to the project engineering general situation of formation to the overall understanding of the project.Through identifying the factors that affect cost management in the process of project implementation,We can identify find five primary influence factors and17 secondary influence factors.Through constructing model of Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of the various factors and by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to evaluate the risk status of the entire project,We get the status of risks in the whole project cost management is medium,which is acceptable but need to take measures to control high risk factors.Through the model calculating the mayor factors called class A which applying great influence on the cost management in the construction process including poor construction plan,poor coordination,increasing the content,missing items in designstage,quality problem in construction,delay,drawings provide timely and the price of material increasing.Then according to the specific project of the eight factors put forward the corresponding preventive measures to ensure the whole project cost management work smoothly.The smooth implementation of XinSha JinXiu TianCheng project cost management work verify the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP has good application value on the cost of risk management.Through predicting the possibility of risk prior to the construction stage of cost management,and taking effective control measures,to make the project cost management of XinSha JinXiu TianCheng progress smooth,which reflects the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on AHP method in the aspect of cost management risk prediction has a good social and economic benefits.However,due to the limitations of the individual,paper also exists some shortage.The author puts forward some prospects according to the insufficient of the paper.The achievements of this research enriches the construction enterprises in the construction process of cost risk management theory,has a certain guiding significance in guiding the construction enterprise in the cost of risk management.
