Among the training for catenary operation vehicle drivers of professional knowledge and operation skills,quality inspection,standardization manipulation and fault handling are the most important training content,which are also the necessary professional quality of drivers.In current railway power supply system,before catenary operation vehicle drivers get driving license,the drivers must have the necessary skills and improve the professional quality,using3 D simulation technology is becoming development need of drivers' training and assessment.At present,qualified personnel of catenary operation vehicle theory examination and chance for drivers to practice are less,and training cycle is long.How to make theory examination qualified personnel get necessary operating skills and let the driver quickly achieve comprehensive job skill requirements are becoming the urgent need for current power supply system to solve the problem.Base on this,this article developed catenary operation vehicle simulation training system.In order to make the simulation training system has better practicability,convenience and advanced nature,this article analyzed the domestic and foreign research present situation and the existing problems of simulation system,investigated the using demand of the system and analyzed the main content of the research.This article developed with JW-4 catenary operation vehicle as the model sample,and designed the system from overall function and software and hardware structure of simulation training system.This article used computer networking technology and virtual reality technology to developed simulation training system and built 3D simulation model and simulation training system,which adopt the combination of virtual and real and generated 3D visual data based on Perlin Noise method and realized 3D graphics transformation by OpenGL.The system met the demand of training and examination,which can make personnel practice operation vehicle control,inspection,fault handling without being limited by the time and space.What's more,the coach can undertake intervention and evaluation to the trainees,which has good practicability.
