Research On Emergency Management Of Railway Emergency Management Based On Information System

The railway is the main artery of the national economy,the key infrastructure and major livelihood projects.Railway is also an integrated transportation system and the main mode of transport.Railway in China's economic and social development has a vital position and role.China's railway development process,the station increased year by year,the line gradually increased,gradually increasing the coverage area.In this high-density,high-speed,high-weight transport mission,the railway safety management are under pressure.In addition,the railway undertakes a large number of tasks related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,especially in the flood disaster and fight against low temperature,snow and ice disasters and other emergent natural disasters,bear the key role of personnel and material transportation.At present,various types of information systems and information technology are applied in the specific process of railway safety risk management and railway emergency management,providing a richer means and method for the rapid and effective disposal of railway emergencies,how to make good use of Class information means,better for emergency management and emergency response services,as the railway sector is bound to face the problem.But with the rapid progress of information industry at home and abroad in recent years,our long-term dependence on information technology gradually marginalized or even backward.How to make good use of the existing information system to develop and strengthen the weak links and better serve the transportation and safe production according to the present situation of the railway development and play the role of auxiliary decision-making in the emergency handling of railway emergencies.At present,important research direction.In this paper,the basic concepts of railway emergencies,the content and methods of emergency management and other aspects are discussed,the outline of the railway system in the emergency management work in the development process and the basic situation,specifically the Huhhot Railway Bureau emergency management of the basic system,Plans,resources,etc.,were explained and analyzed.In the end,the emergency management information system of Hohhot Railway Bureau is used to assist emergency decision-making of emergencies,and the multi-system joint application and development direction are proposed.
