With the opening line of the 10000 tons of heavy haul freight train,the annual operating capacity and operating mileage of the truck increase gradually,and the turnover frequency also increased.Therefore,in order to improving transport efficiency,reducing operating costs,completed maintenance tasks with high-quality and efficiency is an important way to solve the problem.The maintenance cycle is an important factor affecting the efficiency and operation cost of the vehicle.And,the high failure rate of the vehicle braking system and the short service life of the brake parts are the main factors which influence the maintenance cycle.Therefore,to reduce fault in vehicle brake system substantially,and extend maintenance cycle of the vehicle effectively,C70 A gondola car which began to be operated in 2006 is used as the carrier,and combined with new brake technology to finish type transformation of air braking system in C70 A gondola cars.After transformation of the braking system,the comprehensive economic benefit is improved to maximum.The following aspects are studied in this thesis:(1)The traditional 120 type brake valve is replaced with the improved 150 type brake valve.Including keeping performances and size of 120 valves,the Non-slip valve structure is brought in to cancel grinding,and service life is 3 times longer than 120 valve by clamping cloth rubber diaphragm.Aluminum alloy casting technology is adopted to strengthen anti-corrosion ability with lighter weight.The membrane plate failures,poor coordination and other failures are completely eliminated in 150 valve,meanwhile the common brake stability is improved to avoid unexpected emergency which can significantly improve the maintenance cycle to more than 4 years;(2)Using the new dust collector to improve braking system cleanliness.This thesis selects new GL-type modular dust collector.It adopts by copper based powder metallurgy filtering material sintering dust filter cup,which can greatly improve the filtering accuracy.At the same time,it has the dual effect of centrifugal force dust and dust of gravity and the filtering is improved by 30% compared with the original dust collector;(3)Using active brake cylinder lubrication can avoid poor lubrication.In the active lubrication brake cylinder,the piston can automatically rotate to drive the bottom grease upward movement.At the same time,the environmental permit a guide piston and wall concentric movement,and eliminate metal surface friction of brake piston and cylinder wall.(4)The empty and load valve is improved,which can optimize service life of rubber parts,strengthen the filtering effect,and improve the cleanliness.The analysis shows that the using of 150 brake valve can significantly improve the body sealing and cleanliness,extend the maintenance cycle of the brake valve;Using the new dustcollector can improve braking system cleanliness;Using LBC-1 type active brake cylinder brake cylinder lubrication can solve the leakage fault,prolong the service life of the brake cylinder and reduce brake cylinder fault.
