Yushen coal mine dedicated railway line is to solve the Shenfu mining area and Yushen coal mining infrastructure.The construction of this special-purpose line plays a very important role in promoting the construction of the energy base in northern Shaanxi and ensuring the security of national energy supply.In view of the feasibility of the project on the stage of the review has been clearly suggested that the use of ease of the program,that ease the introduction of the program to avoid the introduction of a simple introduction of passenger and cargo cross,with the existing station renovation project is small and so on,the review opinion that feasible.Therefore,the design of the feasibility study on the use of the results of the previous stage,follow the previous stage of the feasibility study assessment,no longer study the feasibility of a simple introduction.As a result of ease of program,to avoid the introduction of a simple introduction of cross-passenger and cargo,with the existing station renovation project is small and so on.On the basis of the full study,three introduction schemes were introduced: the west side of the Ulan Mulun River to ease the introduction of the program,the east side of the Ulan Mulun River to ease the introduction of the program,the introduction of the program to introduce relaxation.The impact factors are explicitly introduced and the index system is established before determining the research method.The influencing factors include engineering and technical factors,economic factors,environmental factors,and social factors.In order to avoid the large errors and to consider the influencing factors,a lot of methods need to be analyzed and analyzed in order to compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the schemes.The next step is to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The program of qualitative and quantitative combination of each other,and then through scientific and reasonable,objective and precise calculation,the results of the sort of pros and cons,so as to make reasonable and realistic assessment.Indicators are the basis and prerequisite of the comprehensive evaluation index system.The selection of indicators must be comprehensive,reasonable,representative,real and effective.The establishment of evaluation index system should follow the principles of systematic,consistent,scientific,independent,measurable,comparable and stable.And then use the relevant formula to solve the index weight in the index system and carry on the consistency test.The evaluation of multi-factor influence is a multi-factor evaluation problem.This paper adopts the single-factor membership degree of the index and then unifies it to make a comprehensive evaluation,which can reduce the influence of linear compensation and correlation on the result.The main method for the establishment of the judgment matrix is to distribute the expert questionnaire of the index system weight to 10 experts,and to read the related literature and collect the related data.After confirming the above information,use AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry on the final evaluation.The four criteria layers we selected are technical,economic,environmental and social.We calculate four standard-level evaluation matrices,and then combine the weights of each criterion layer.After calculation,the corresponding fuzzy comprehensive evaluation conclusion can be drawn,of course,different programs corresponding to the conclusion is different.Next,compare the results with the above evaluation sets.Different schemes correspond to different levels,and the decision-makers can see which solutions are superior and which ones are intuitive,and make the final decision.
