The Study On Tactics Of Historical Buildings Adaptive Renovation Based On The Synthesized Perspective Of "Three Features"

After the reform & opening policy,Chinese economy has promoted continuously and rapidly.The amazing achievement development pace of urbanization is seen all over the globe.Meanwhile,the great amount of resources of historical building in China,many with its own limitations,may not meet the demand of right now.Thus,many of these buildings might be vacant,abandoned or even destroyed.The compound value of resources were also ruined,which has caused great waste.With the development of awareness in preservation,full employment of its value from the renovation,redevelopment and the reuse of many buildings,has been the major method for these.However,in the practice process,many flaws could be seen inside the design process,should be dealt with.The paper include the following four parts:Part one: Chapter 1:introduction,through the study of background、meaning and the status,the writer attempt to summarize the problems in the past adaptive renovation and shows the key study point,method and structure.Part two: Chapter 2&3,basic theoretical studies.In chapter 2,theoretical foundation including the studies on past adaptive renovation and the "two views and three features" thoughts has been shown.In chapter 3,based on the research on "two views and three features" architectural thoughts,the writer brought out the comprehensive thought of the "three features",and shows the structure and penetration point on design strategy by the construction of the summary of presentation element and the synthesis of views.Part three: Design strategy: In the chapter 4,the writer use the comprehensive perspective of "three features" to study the adaptive renovation design of historical buildings.With the research on adaptive renovation cases home and abroad,and summary of the renovation design strategies of historical buildings with local feature to adapt to the current situation of China,so as to guide the similar design that may encounter in the future.Part four: Summary of practice.In chapter 5,the author makes a detailed review and post-use evaluation of the historical building renovation practice project of Songhua River Road of SCUT,as an empirical study of the scientificity and effectiveness of the design strategy above.
