Research On The Renewal Design Of Folk Houses Features In Central Hunan Under Background Of Rural Revitalization

The connotation of rural revitalization involves industry,culture,ecology,talent and organization.“Ecological revitalization”,“cultural revitalization”and“industrial revitalization”have become the new trends in the development of the construction industry.In addition,with the improvement of villagers’ economic income level,the“outdated”of folk houses makes it difficult to meet the current functional needs,and the going and staying of folk houses has become a focus of rural construction.Hunan is affected by geographical location and economic development level,so it is urgent to improve the architectural style of rural dwellings.Taking the central Hunan region as the research area,the author explores the design and implementation path of the renewal of residential architecture in the context of rural revitalization according to the requirements of rural revitalization strategy.In the research,it is found that the residential architecture in central Hunan lacks the unity of regional culture,especially in the process of accelerating urbanization,the regional appearance of traditional residential houses is constantly impacted.Coupled with the influence of foreign cultures,the rural residential architecture built in modern society has also caused the phenomenon of disorderly appearance.So author puts forward the following questions:How to improve the quality of residential style through the design of residential building renewal? How to update the architectural style of residential buildings to meet the new needs of rural cultural development? How to avoid the blind development and thus the loss of the regional style of traditional residential architecture?This paper consists of six chapters,The first chapter of this paper describes the purpose and methodology of the study based on the background of the study,and establishes the logical framework of the study.The second chapter compares the relevant contents of the design theory of residential building landscape renewal,and summarizes the design theory of residential building landscape renewal in central Hunan.The third chapter from the macroscopic level to analyze the nature of the base area and the humanities environment and the characteristics of settlement space layout on the field investigation and literature,the author,from the natural environment,cultural environment,space form,decorative symbols,structure and construction mode of traditional local-style dwelling houses building style and regional characteristic base region.The fourth chapter based on the research of the current situation of modern residential building style,analyzes the differences of its style in comparison with the traditional style,and identifies problems for the renewal of residential building style in central Hunan.The fifth puts forward the design strategy in view of the current situation of residential architecture in central Hunan.The sixth provides theoretical evidence through a practical scheme for the renewal of the architectural style of the villagers’ houses in Dahua County,Taoxiang District,central Hunan Province.
