In recent years,the development and utilization of renewable energy has been widely recognized by the international community.Among the present renewable energy,wind and solar energy resources have the value of large-scale development and utilization based on its rapid pace of development and cost less.However,wind and solar energy are largely constrained by climate.Nevertheless,as a combination of both can show strong complementarity in time and region,which makes the operation of the system more reliable,stable and economical.Therefore,hybrid system has become an important form of renewable energy generation system.The hybrid system optimal design is not only to design with the solar photovoltaic system,wind power generation system and energy storage system according to load,climate,but also to optimize the overall composition of the system.So the optimization design of hybrid generation system is a complicated and huge project.At present,the application of computer technology in optimization design such as HOMER,Hybrid2,have their own different applicable zones.So they can not meet the requirements of the the hybrid system optimal design.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and engineering value to develop a software for wind solar hybrid system and put into practice.In this paper,the optimal design and modeling simulation of wind and solar hybrid system are studied.The main work and results are as follows:(1)Compared with the inadequacies of the existing software,such as the HOMER is a program of single objective function,Hybrid2 can not consider the optimization analysis and take the needs of users and the function into account.An optimal design scheme of wind and solar hybrid system has been put forward in this paper.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the objective function with multiple constraints,and make the economic analysis of the objective function with the minimum cost of the whole cycle.The software,which is developed in Microsoft Visual Studio C# platform to implement the optimal design scheme,can do the technical and economic optimization analysis according to different locations,loads,equipments and other technical parameters.(2)Based on the above research results and the examples in the references,this paper verifies and analyzes the optimal design scheme of wind and solar hybrid system and the optimized software.Also illustrates the advantage of using multi objective function from two aspects of technology and economy,and the influence of the depth of discharge(DOD).In addition,based on the actual data in Hangzhou,the paper evaluates the feasibility analysis of wind and solar hybrid system.The results can provide reference for the optimal design of wind and solar hybrid system.(3)This paper uses the software Dymola to establish and upload the single computer simulation model of major equipment such as wind turbine and photovoltaic cell,set up a special model library,verify and analyze the simulation model.The results can be used to directly invoke the model from the model library to run this simulation,which lays the foundation for the further research on the simulation of wind and solar hybrid system.
