With the destruction of the current environment, traditional energy sources are declining. Many countries have invested in renewable energy sources to replace traditional energy sources.Wind power and solar energy are widely used due to their universality and sustainability. The wind-solar hybrid system solves the problem of the intermittent and unstable nature of a single new energy power generation. However, the wind-solar hybrid system still has the problems of low power generation efficiency and unbalanced energy distribution. Therefore,in order to improve the output efficiency and improve the system to improve its stability,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the energy dispatching control technology of small wind-solar hybrid systems. This paper first analyzes the composition of the small wind-solar hybrid system.Based on the analysis of the internal energy flow of the system, the idea of energy dispatching control of the system is proposed. The system operation mode based on the state machine is given, and the all-season seamless scheduling control of energy is realized.Secondly, based on the analysis of the working principle and equivalent output model of wind turbines, photovoltaic cells and battery modules in the small-scale scenery system, the module models of the system are built by Matlab/Simulink,and their output characteristics are analyzed. The validity of each module model of the system was verified. In order to maximize the output power of the system during the energy dispatch, the control strategy of the maximum power point of the small-scale wind-solar hybrid power generation system was studied. The photovoltaic array uses the conductance increment method to achieve the maximum power point tracking. The wind turbine uses disturbance observation methods to achieve maximum power point tracking. The battery uses a constant voltage method to achieve charge and discharge control. Finally, based on the above research,a simulation model of energy dispatch for a small wind-solar hybrid system was built.Through the overall simulation, the implementation result of the system energy scheduling state transformation strategy is given when the environmental conditions or load changes, and the accuracy of the overall systemenergy scheduling is verified. This paper adopts a reasonable energy dispatching control scheme, which enables the system to be adjusted to different operating modes in real time, and realizes the coordinated operation of small-scale wind power generation modules, loads and batteries. The effectiveness of the system energy dispatch control scheme is verified through simulation.
