Design And Implementation Of The Electronic Police And Monitoring Module In An Intelligent Traffic Management And Control Plateform

Traditional Intelligent Transportation Systems such as Electronic Police and Monitoring System,Signal Control System and Traffic Guidance System are often independent of each other,and they are mostly distributed in different traffic administration or operations.In order to solve the above problem,the solution of Intelligent Traffic Management and Control Platform emerges as the times require.Through the comprehensive analysis of the basic functions and characteristic of each Intelligent Subsystem by this platform,then we put them into the support system in this platform.So each subsystem and the support system in the platform can become a complete product.In this paper,the Electronic Police and Monitoring module is a subsystem of the Intelligent Traffic Management And Control Platform System.It can monitor running vehicles for 24 hours of each day,and capture them accurately,then all vehicle information obtained by the front-end equipment will be sent to the database of the center management platform,these information will be stored,compared and queried.Then we can manage the illegal information of the vehicle and monitor vehicle violations,giving alarm to the relevant authorities and providing important data support for the criminal case detection.The background of this subsystem using the Spring MVC as the system's framework;Using Oracle to store the basic data,for the large data,using MongoDB to store;Using RabbitMQ as a system message middle-ware in this system;Using Node.js to handle the real-time communication of the before device and this system.The system test verifies the availability of this Electronic Police and Monitoring Subsystem.
