With the improvement of living standards,more and more people pay attention to environmental problems,especially in the indoor air environment.It will directly affect our physical health.Man can’t live without the air like a fish can’t live without water,so how to efficiently and quickly purify indoor air has become a very important issue in the field of environmental protection.In this paper,a swirl intelligent air purifier is researched and designed,including the hardware connection of the purifier control system and software implementation process.The purifier uses STM32 microcontroller as the core of the purifier,which can obtain and display the data of the indoor air pm2.5,dust,formaldehyde,temperature and humidity,in the mobile terminal can also see the current indoor air quality data and achieve remote control by WiFi.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of several important modules,including sensor data acquisition,WiFi transmission,fan and mobile terminal control module.The accuracy and reliability of the sensor data are analyzed and compared in this paper,to find out the cause of the error,and proposed improved method.Experimental results show that the design method proposed in this paper has certain reference value and guiding significance to the research of the air purification,with high efficiency,intelligent,reliable performance.
