In today's society,along with the rapid economic development and increasing human living standards,a series of environmental problems also follow.Indoor air pollution is closely related to human life,directly affecting human health and living environment,therefore,the improvement of indoor environment is an important research topic at present.Based on the network communication technology,the intelligent control system of air purifier is studied in this paper.The main tasks are as follows:Firstly,in the hardware part,the AVR MCU ATmega328 P is used as the main controller.Through the analysis of the functional requirements of the control system,a series of peripheral circuits such as power supply,motor control,laser dust sensor,temperature and humidity sensor and LCD are used as auxiliary circuits,with the help of GPRS network communication technology,the data acquisition and data upload at the product end are completed.Secondly,in the aspect of software planning,around the chips used in the system and the functions of the products to be realized,the corresponding software functions are realized by initializing the main routine and combining with each sub-function module such as motor drive module,GPRS module,laser dust sensor module and so on.Then,through the LabVIEW platform,the motor is controlled by fuzzy PID.The control result is compared with those of the motor without speed regulation and the traditional PID control algorithm,which makes the air purifier more intelligent.In addition,it can effectively reduce the working time of the motor.Finally,the system monitoring part uses C# technology to compile socket communication server based on TCP/IP protocol.It receives the data collected by the product end and stores it in the database so that Web Service can get the data.App was developed by using Java in Android Studio IDE.On the one hand,it establishes contact with Web Service to obtain relevant indoor environmental data,on the other hand,it accesses the server to obtain weather id corresponding to each region and obtains outdoor environment data from weather platform according to the id,so as torealize the monitoring of indoor and outdoor environment data,and puts forward a series of life suggestions according to environmental quality.The intelligent control system of air purifier studied in this paper has less influence on signal transmission by distance.The motor control can get rid of the complicated multi-level design.It can make rational use of indoor and outdoor monitoring data,realize effective ventilation in the room,and make the indoor environment improvement more intelligent,energy-saving and reasonable.
