Research On Performance Evaluation Of Highway Engineering Cost Management Based On Full Life Cycle

In recent tears,highway construction gets a rapid development,and construction fund input is tremendous,however,it frequently appears investment out of control and big funding gap situations,otherwise,current evaluation standard on construction cost management depends on if actual construction cost is over the evaluated cost,this evaluation standard is always not scientific and objective enough,meanwhile,it is also difficult to reflect cost control for every part.How to perfect highway construction cost management performance evaluation system,and evaluate it efficiently,this becomes important thing for Highway Construction Cost Management.Based on some relevant theories on full life cycle management and performance evaluation,adhered to government's final acceptance of construction standards for cost management,this paper build a feasible highway construction cost management performance evaluation system.Main studies includes:starting from the development history of full life cycle construction cost management,and analyzing the current studying situation of domestic construction cost management and construction project performance evaluation based on full life cycle,based on this,it introduces full life cycle theory and designs 3-dimension system for highway construction cost management performance evaluation(3-dimension refers to principle,time and logic dimension);based on this 3-dimension system,this paper puts forward to build an optimal process for highway construction cost management performance evaluation system;and then this paper sets up performance evaluation standards with the help of research and literature,and build the highway construction cost management performance evaluation system model through combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and cobweb mode.Finally,this paper reply actual cases to prove the feasibility of this model in construction performance evaluation.highway construction cost management performance evaluation system in this paper sets a foundation for building a new highway construction cost management evaluation system in completion acceptance of government's construction department.So as to promote the continuous improvement of construction cost management under the market environment.
