A Study On Guoyu Village’s Ancient Buildings Investigation And Protection

Chinese civilization has a long history,as one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization,there are a large number of Ancient buildings which been left in Shanxi Province.These buildings contain the wisdom of the ancients.Guoyu village was built in the Tang Dynasty at the latest.It is a representative ancient village in the Qin River Basin.A huge ancient building was preserved here.Now these ancient buildings are the greatest cultural treasures of Chinese civilization.But with the economic development,Guoyu village ’s ancient buildings have been destroyed,due to the founding of the Cultural Revolution,the impact of economic development in recent years and the lack of awareness of the protection of the villagers.So it is a pressing problem to protect Guoyu village ’s ancient buildings.In order to fully understand the latest and most realistic situation of Guoyu,the author carried out a five-day field investigation in Guoyu village,mastered a large amount of first-hand information.Then the author wrote the investigation of Guoyu’s ancient buildings.In the survey,the author noticed that many ancient buildings had been destroyed,and many villagers did not know that they should protect the ancient buildings.The villagers still do harm to the ancient buildings just like what they did in the past 40 years.In this paper,the author summarize the research findings both in domestic and foreign,refer the the actual situation of Guoyu village ’s ancient buildings and establish the principle of the protection of ancient buildings,the auther put forward some suggestions,hoping to have an impact on the protection of Guoyu ancient buildings.
