| The rapid development of Chinese cities has brought a lot of urban problems,especially in the central area of large cities,social,economic,cultural,transportation and other multi-dimensional complex cause urban problems.With the increasing demand for the development of the metropolitan area,the traffic problem is considered to be the key to the development of urban renewal.The major cities have started to build a large number of urban rail transit,but a large number of built areas and "new modes of transportation" But often produce incompatibility.The problem of coordinated development of rail transit and city is attracting more and more attention.However,the traditional public transport-centered TOD theory has been difficult to solve the problem of urban renewal and development in China.The disorderly development of urban traffic,the limitation of people’s traffic consciousness,the problem of land planning system,the complexity of urban current situation and the change of transportation mode and tools brought by scientific and technological innovation are all important Significant influence.In this context,through the combing of the development of urban and urban areas in Asia and China,combined with the development of China’s urban TOD rethinking,with complex traffic systems,urban space and popular behavior of the big city center area.At the stage of urban design,this paper puts forward the TOE theory,which is defined as the late definition of TOD development,and elaborates the connotation of TOE theory in detail,which integrates the urban space and the traffic behavior of the integrated traffic,and the integration of the station domain.Traffic system attributes,station domain integration thinking,land layout and other aspects of research results.Based on the inverted pyramid structure of Asia-China-Chongqing,this paper selected four representative countries,nine cities,sixteen rail transit sites in Asia,using the type and quantitative research methods,from the macro level to the micro level Hierarchical research,summed up the four types of rail transit station and its characteristics.Based on the analysis of four typical cases in Asia and the comparative analysis of four typical cases in Europe and America,the TOE update phenomenon and strategy of the rail transit station in the Asian city center area are summarized.This paper discusses the similarities and differences between development policy,spatial structure and urban design of Chinese cities and Asian developed cities,and puts forward the basic strategy of TOE development in the central area of China ’s big cities based on Asian experience.Finally,for the specific level of discussion in Chongqing,Chongqing two-way rail transit station as a case of application analysis.Based on the research on the development of the central area,the basic information of station area,the inter-city space and traffic association,and the traffic behavior of the traffic flow,this paper puts forward the comprehensive traffic strategy and urban design strategy of TOE in two-way station. |
