With the continuous advancement of urbanization and motorization,the problem of urban traffic is becoming more and more serious.With the advantages of large volume,fast speed and punctuality,rail transit has became an effective way to relieve traffic congestion and has been the one of the main way to solve traffic problems in many cities.At the same time,a series of new behaviors and new space has been caused by the rail transit implanted into urban space,which has broken the existed rules of the cities.Walking,as the most important form of urban life and main connecting way to rail transit,pedestrian quality will directly affect the feelings of urban life and people's use of rail traffic.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the pedestrian in the influenced urban realm around city rail transit station.However,at present,there are many problems in the assessablity,safety,efficiency,comfort and pleasure in the influenced urban realm in China,which greatly affect the pedestrian's use of pedestrian in this area.From the height of the integration of “space-behavior”,combined with new phenomena,needs and characteristics of walking in influenced urban realm,this article put forward planning and design strategies through the comprehensive and systematic evaluation of the quality of the pedestrian system of the influenced urban realm in new built area of Chongqing from the perspective of evaluation of the quality of the pedeatrain system in the new urban area.Through in-depth understanding and discovery of the status quo of the use of the pedestrian system in the the influenced urban realm around city rail transit station in the new urban area,we can evaluate and judge the current urban planning and design,which helps to guide the construction and development of the new rail transit area in the new urban area.The article consists of six chapters mainly from the following four parts:Part one(Chapter 1): Background research and framework construction.Firstly,clear the purpose and significance of the research object under the background of research.The author define the concept of the quality evaluation of urban built-up new area,influenced urban realm,pedestrian system quality in the article,analyzing the concept of the new urban area,clearing and definiting the purpose and significance of the study of the pedestrian system in the New Area,providing a solid theoretical basis for the follow-up study,and reviewing the foreign and domestic literatures on the influenced urban realm,walking behavior and quality evaluation of pedsstrian space and system.Part two(Chapter 2): Research of the basic problems of the quality of pedestrain system in the influenced urban realm around city rail transit station.From the perspective of walking behaviors,the new features and new problems of the present walking behavior are analyzed and the characteristics and types of walking behavior,the structure and form of walking space are summarized in the article.A series of related theories and excellent cases at home and abroad are also studied and summarized in the article.The related problems of pedestrian system are summarized in the end of this chapter.Part three(Chapter 3&4): The establishment of the quality evaluation system and the typical sample evaluation of the influenced urban realm.First of all,based on the analysis of the walking basic problems,we further studied the demand for walking behavior in the station area,and classified it to find the main influencing factors of the corresponding characteristics at all levels.Secondly,on the basis of the walking demand and its influencing factors,the walking environment quality evaluation factors are generated,and the quality evaluation index group of pedestrian system is obtained through screening.Next,according to the weight of the index group,the quality evaluation system of the pedestrain system is constructed.Finally,on the basis of the establishment of an evaluation system,the current situation of Chongqing Rail Transit Line No.3's Jinyujintonglu station is explored in depth from five aspects of assessability,safety,efficiency,comfort and pleasure.Part four(Chapter 5&6): Design strategy and summary of the influenced urban realm around city rail transit station's pedestrian system.The design objectives and principles of influenced urban realm around city rail transit station's pedestrian system in new urban area are put forward.Taking the Jinyu-jintonglu station as a sample,the design strategy of influenced urban realm around city rail transit station's pedestrian system is combed from the macroscopic to the microcosmic point of view,and the necessary conditions and ways to promote the further development of influenced urban realm around city rail transit station's pedestrian system are summarized.The conclusion,innovation and inadequacies of the full text are summarized,and the prospect of the research is also prospected.
