Research On Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant Unit 2 Steel Dome Structure Construction Quality Management

With the development of large-span heavy steel structure,it has been widely used in the design and construction of nuclear power plants.The heavy steel structure in nuclear power plants varies in shape and does not belong to the standard type of civil steel structure.Therefore,civil steel structure construction methods and quality management will be difficult to meet the requirements of nuclear power quality assurance.For the sake of nuclear safety,it is important and practical to develop a set of heavy steel structure construction quality management methods in the design and construction of nuclear power plants.In the process of manufacturing and installing nuclear power plant steel structure,due to personnel qualification and skills,raw materials,construction plan and other factors,a variety of quality issues will arise.In order to reduce,identify as soon as possible and solve these common quality issues,it is urgent to develop a set of quality management methods suitable for the nuclear power plant heavy steel structures manufacturing and installation for guidance.This article,through discussing the construction process of the steel dome structure of haiyang nuclear power plant unit 2,studies the quality management methods of the large-span steel structure of the nuclear power plant.First,this article introduced the research status in the domestic and abroad and the construction of nuclear power steel structure engineering quality control key points and difficulties,and analyzes and summarizes the difficulties,then analyzes the common quality issues in the quality management activities,and use expert scoring method,summing up the characteristics of quality management problem to classifies and summarizes the issues,and solves the issues one by one as per the classification.Secondly,combined with the quality management methods 4M1 E and hierarchical method,using the methods of nuclear field management and taking the quality management process of dome structure construction in nuclear power project as an example,this article clear defined the unit project quality management methods according to a order as construction preparation,construction process,construction completion acceptance three stages,and elaborates the common quality issues in the quality management methods so that quality management methods can not only effectively solve the quality issues,but also prevent the occurrence of quality issues that tend to arise.Finally,this article researches the safeguard measures regarding organizational structure and system,quality assurance procedures,division of duties,personnel certification management,materials,machinery and technology so that the measures of quality management can be implemented more effectively and smoothly.This article's research results have important guiding effect on the construction quality management of the large-span steel structure works of the nuclear power plant,and have certain reference value for the construction quality management of other similar nuclear works.
