Customization is not only the product of the development of the manufacturing industry,but also the inevitable requirement of the market.Currently,a class of customized products with portraits have appeared,and is gradually forming a new industry.There are lots of portrait products species,including portrait photos,portraits,portrait badges,portrait statues and other products.The portrait product is a completely customized product,which is the unique product aimed at personalized needs of customers.Therefore,the personalized customization is the only manufacturing mode,and with the development of network technology,the networked customization mode is emerging,and gradually replace the traditional custom mode.We found that some products such as natural stone portrait,portrait root carving,natural or semi natural jade portrait product,not only the portrait product is a completely personalized products,and the material is also a completely personalized material,we call these products for dual personalized portrait products.The characteristics of the dual personalized portraits have determined that their networked customization model is much more complex than the existing networked customization model,and its networked customization process has a very special particularity that has not yet been able to achieve dual personalized portraits Customized networked customization system.For this reason,this paper systematically studies the architecture and key technologies of the networked customization system for dual personalized portraits.The main contents include the following aspects:(1)Based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign research,this paper makes an overall study on the architecture of the networked customization system,and establishes the overall framework of the system from the point of view of instant interaction.Then,the key technology of the system is analyzed.Finally,the system architecture is established,and the system model is established from the perspective of function,information and organization.(2)Based on the analysis of the key technologies in the process of system architecture,the similarity evaluation method of one of the key technologies is studied.Aiming at the problem that the existing similarity evaluation method is difficult to be applied to the portrait industry,a new method of image product similarity evaluation is proposed.Firstly,the definition of the similarity degree of the portrait product based on the similarity triangle principle is proposed.Secondly,the similarity degree model based on the feature weight is established according to the similarity degree definition.Thirdly,the evaluation method of the similarity degree of the portrait product based on the similarity model is proposed,The method of image segmentation,weight determination and data acquisition is applied.Finally,the similarity enhancement technique based on similarity evaluation method is proposed.(3)According to the analysis of the key technology in the process of system architecture research,the dual customization network customization technology is studied for the characteristics of the customization of the dual personalized portraits.Firstly,the definition of the dual customization network is expounded.and then put forward the classification and encoding technology of dual portrait personalized products.Thirdly,the dynamic processing technology of the material is put forward.Finally,the portrait product network custom workflow is described.(4)The above method is applied to the establishment of the network customization system,and to achieve the actual product customization.The results of this paper validate the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method,which indicates that the proposed method has a good application prospect.
