Study On Safety Management Evaluation Of Huanghua Port Project Phase ?

There are many uncertain risks in implementing the project,security incidents could happen without effective prevention and control.Taking Huanghua Port project ? as an example,this paper studied the safety management of project implementation.The research of this paper can provide some reference to safety management of Huanghua Port project ? and accelerate the development of port construction in China,to a certain extent it can also further the safety management theory of port project.This paper applied knowledge in project management,management,mathematics,etc to help the research.The author not only reviewed the literature on safety management of project and port construction,but also went to construction site of Huanghua Port project ? to learn the safety management of project.Safety management of project could be influenced by many factors,based on analysis to find the key factors affecting safety management of the project.The influencing factors could be subjective and invaluable,in order to solve these problems,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are used to analyze and evaluate factors affecting safety management of the project,which makes the whole analysis process more objective and scientific.Meanwhile,according to the analysis results this paper put forward countermeasures to effectively enhance the safety management level of Huanghua Port project ?.Firstly,this paper analyzed the status of safety management of Huanghua Port project ?.Secondly,the evaluation index system of safety management of the project was established.According to the status of Huanghua Port project ?,four first grade indexes including personnel,system,organization and management,environment and seventeen second grade indexes were established;based on which to evaluate the safety management of project.According to evaluation results,safety management of the project has been improved,but there is some room for improvement;lastly,the paper proposed specific measures to improve safety management of project.According to the evaluation results of safety management of Huanghua Port project ?,this paper put forward suggestions on personnel,organizational management,systems and environment four aspects to improve the safety management of project.
